Brian Flynn graduated from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey, and received his law degree from the George Washington University School of Law, Washington, D.C. He is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts and administrative agencies of Massachusetts and New Jersey. An active private practitioner for over 40 years, Brian Flynn has also served as prosecutor, labor arbitrator and adjunct professor in labor law.
Brian Flynn is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Barnstable County Bar Association.
Brian Flynn is also active in his community, serving as a member of the Chatham-Nauset Lions Club and Chatham-Nauset Lions Charities, Inc.
